Rearward wheels have disks, 260 mm brakes and fixed to the undercarriage using suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Tires have the next size - 205/55R16.

Volkswagen Jetta is not tested for crash test Euro NCAP. Furthermore to dynamic safety features (ABS, EBD, Brake assistant), it is also has passive safety features (driver, head/curtain, passenger, side airbags).
