From 2004 Peugeot began manufacture of cars model 407 SW, modification XR 2.0-16V and finished it in 2005. This car has five doors, the body is shaped like a wagon, weight 1.5 tons and length 4.8 meters, which can seat 5 people in sum.

Rear wheels have disks, 290 mm brakes and fixed to the underframe using suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Tires have the next measure - 205/60R16.
