In 2005 Opel started production of automobiles model Vectra GTS, modification 1.9 CDTi and terminated it in 2007. This vehicle has five doors, the body chassis is shaped like a hatchback, weight 1.5 tons and length 4.6 meters, which can seat 5 men total.

The forward wheels of this vehicle have ventilated disks, 285 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage by dint of suspension type «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped with stabilizer bar. Rear wheels have disks, 278 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage using suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with stabilizer bar. Tires have the next size - 215/50R17.

In accordance with the results of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of Opel Vectra GTS received the great number of stars - four, indicating that it is a well safe car. In addition to dynamic safety features (EBD, Traction control, ESP, Brake assistant, ABS), it is also equipped with passive systems of safety (passenger, driver, head/curtain, side airbags).
