From 2008 Mercedes-Benz began production of cars model SLK-klasse, modification SLK 200 Kompressor Prestige Plus and finished it in 2011. This 2-door cabriolet has a length of 4.1 meters, weight 1.3 tons and is designed to fit 2 person total.

«SLK-klasse SLK 200 Kompressor Prestige Plus» is a rear-wheel drive vehicle with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Mercedes-Benz SLK-klasse is not tested for Euro NCAP crash test. In addition to dynamic systems of safety (EBD, ABS, ESP, Brake assistant, Traction control), it is also has passive safety (driver, head/curtain, side, passenger airbags).
