Mercedes-Benz launched production in 2009 of autos type S-klasse, modification S 350 Lang and closed it in 2010. This four-door sedan has a length of 5.2 meters, weight 1.9 tons and is assigned to fit 5 passengers including the driver.

«S-klasse S 350 Lang» have a rear-wheel drive auto with a 7-speed sequential automatic gear shift. This car can be accelerated for 7.3 s to 100 km/h, with a maximum speed of 250 km/h, due to a 6-cylinders petrol motor engine with a «multipoint injection system», which generate a maximum power of 272 horsepower at 6000 rpm.

Fuel rate is 14.6 liters in the urban mode of driving, on the track 7.4 liters, and the intermediate fuel consumption is 10 l per 100 kilometers. Tank capacity is 90 liters of petrol, what lets to go nearly 900 km unrefuelled.

The front wheels of this model have ventilated disks brakes and attached to the underframe by dint of suspension «Double wishbone, independent, pneumatic» and equipped with sway bar. Rearward wheels have disks brakes and attached to the undercarriage using suspension «Multilink, pneumatic» and equipped with sway bar. Tires have the next size - 235/55R17.

Mercedes-Benz S-klasse is not examined for Euro NCAP crash test. In addition to dynamic safety (ESP, Brake assistant, Traction control, ABS, EBD), it is also equipped with passive safety (passenger, driver, side, head/curtain airbags).
