In 2005 Mercedes-Benz launched manufacture of autos model S-klasse, modification of S 320 CDI Prestige and closed it in 2008. This four-door sedan has a length of 5.1 meters, weight 1.9 tons and is assigned to fit 5 men total.

«S-klasse S 320 CDI Prestige» have a rear wheel drive automobile with a 7-speed sequential automatic gearbox. Rearward wheels have disks brakes and fixed to the underframe by dint of suspension «Multilink, pneumatic» and equipped stabilizer bar. Tires have the following measure - 235/55R17.

Mercedes-Benz S-klasse is not examined for Euro NCAP crash test. Furthermore to dynamic safety (ABS, EBD, Brake assistant, Traction control, ESP), it is also equipped with passive safety (side, passenger, head/curtain, driver airbags).
