The main form of Mazda 5 received a comprehensive refit in the year 2010 and as a consequence it now looks more focused. The family framework is communal with other versions in the ranges. The vehicle is being offered with two engine and both are available along with 6-speed gearbox one is petrol while other is diesel. 2.0 liter petrol generates 148 brakes per hour, but you will miss low revolutions in pressure situations. 1.6 liter diesel produces lesser power, but on the road it gives a quick feeling. Driving this vehicle is a great experience thanks to the impressive grip level, quicker steering and spot on gearboxes. It provides good riding comfort, but compared to the rivals of Mazda 5 it is not that much good for example Ford C-MAX.

The shell of body is strong when compared to the earlier models that got 5 star rating from Euro NCAP. Traction controlling and air bags have been included as customary options.

This was one of the initial ranges of vehicle, which used sliding rear door and this provides a big support to a practical approach. They can be conveniently opened in crowded car parking and improved reach is provided to the middle & rear seating options. The row of seats present in the middle region is capable of sliding independently and chair in the middle can be sidelined to provide a walking path through back line also the middle sat can be altered by bigger storage bins. By folding all the seats the presented boot capacity is typical not very good. When only one drive and a passenger are present there is 1566 liters of space and this capacity is reduced to 426 liters, when 5 seats are inserted.
