Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 350 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage through suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Tires have the next size - 225/50R18.

Infiniti G is not tested for crash test Euro NCAP. Furthermore to active safety features (ABS, ESP, EBD, Traction control, Brake assistant), it is also equipped with passive safety features (side, head/curtain, passenger, driver airbags).
