After the original release of the Ford Orion in 1983, there was also a third generation model released in 1990. Even though this model was designed with efficient features, it was not met with the expectation of the automotive community. Because of the evident lack of the design flair of the model, this car gained with the criticism by people as the Ford Escort. When you consider about the engines used in this model, it was included with the 1.3 and 1.4 units those treated as the underpowered one. Later in 1992, the suspension was also fixed with the Zetec model in order to fix that problem and for providing efficient performance.
