CITROEN Dyane · photos, packages and modifications

Designed as a response to the Renault 4 that was competing and taking sales away from 2CV, The Citroen Dyane was one of the first hatchbacks in the world that was mass produced. The design for the Citroen Dyane was made by Panhard in the start while the design team worked very hard on updating from the iconic models DS and Ami from the development stage of the car as it was very important from the sales point of view. The name of the car was also copyrighted by Panhard, who also had their non-military branch taken up by Citroen in 1965.
