In order to compete with the VW Touran and the Ford C-MAX, a model with five-sea people carrier that is suitable for the firm was designed in the name Citroen C4 Picasso. When you consider about the features of this model, it was designed with the sloping tailgates as cuts into larger boot space to make the lifting of things as convenient one. It was also featured with the interior and exterior designs as the futuristic one, the central display on the dashboard and mass of buttons on the steering wheel that were more useful. Compared to the larger Grand model, five-seat Citroen C4 Picasso has a different look. Even though there are many options for the engine as 1.6 liter engine and a powerful 2.0 liter diesel, it would be better to select with the 1.6 HDi with the manual gearbox. This is because of the descent acceleration even with a full load and good fuel economy it can offer.
In the Euro NCAP crash test, Citroen C4 Picasso scored five stars that made it as the best in class. It was available with the standard electronic stability control and front and rear airbags with full complement. Even though there were many questions regarding the reliability of the C4 Picasso, according to the 2012 Driver Power Survey it was the best and highest placed Citroen that provided drivers with happy driving because of the ownership experience.
