In 2006 Chrysler launched manufacture of automobiles model Sebring, modification of 2.4i 16V and finished it in 2007. This 4-door sedan has a length of 4.8 meters, weight 1.5 tons and is destined to sit 5 people total.

«Sebring 2.4i 16V» is a front-wheel drive car with a 4-speed automatic gear shift. This car can be accelerated for 13.4 s to 100 km/h, with a maximum speed of 195 km/h, owing to a 4-cylinders petrol motor with a «multipoint injection fuel system», which generate a peak power of 143 hp at 5200 rpm.

Fuel consumption is 14 l in the urban mode of driving, on the track 8.1 l, and the intermediate fuel rate is 10.3 l per 100 km. Tank capacity is 60 l of petrol, what provides to drive about 583 km unrefueled.

The forward wheels of this model have ventilated disks, 282 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage with help of suspension «Double wishbone, independent, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Rearward wheels have disks, 270 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage by dint of suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Tires have the following measure - 205/65VR15.

Chrysler Sebring is not certified for crash test Euro NCAP. Furthermore to passive safety systems (passenger, side, head/curtain, driver airbags), it is also equipped with dynamic systems of safety such as Traction control, EBD, ABS.
