CHRYSLER 300C · 3.0 CRD · Sedan · 2005 ‐ 2011

From 2005 Chrysler launched manufacture of automobiles model 300C, modification 3.0 CRD and finished it in 2011. This automobile has four doors, the body chassis is in the form a sedan, weight 1.8 tons and length 5 meters, which can seat 5 person total.

«300C 3.0 CRD» car with a 5-speed sequential automatic gearbox is connected to the rear-wheels. The 6-cylinders diesel engine with «common rail system» can generate output 218 hp at 3800 rmp, which allows you to speed up the vehicle for 7.6 s to 100 km/h and achieve max speed of 230 km/h.

Fuel rate is 11.1 liters in the urban driving mode, on the suburban 6.7 liters, and the intermediate fuel rate is 8.1 l per 100 kilometers. Fuel tank volume is 68 l of diesel, what allow you to drive about 840 kilometers without refueling.

The forward wheels of this car have ventilated disks, 345 mm brakes and fixed to the undercarriage using suspension type «Double wishbone, independent, coil springs» and equipped anti-roll bar. Back wheels have ventilated disks, 320 mm brakes and fixed to the chassis through suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with anti-roll bar. Tires have the next size - 225/60R18.

Chrysler 300C is not examined for Euro NCAP crash test. Furthermore to active safety (Traction control, ABS, EBD, ESP, Brake assistant), it is also equipped with passive safety features (side, passenger, driver, head/curtain airbags).
