Back wheels have ventilated disks brakes and fixed to the body chassis using suspension «Longitudinal arms, independent, coil springs» and equipped with stabilizer bar. Tires have the next measure - 205/65VR15.

BMW 7-series is not tested for Euro NCAP crash test. Furthermore to dynamic systems of safety (ABS), it is also equipped with passive systems of safety (driver, passenger airbags).
